6)    Bone Broth whenever feeling weak
7)    Multi vitamin tablets(1 – 2 per day)

Items to be avoided
All insulin spiking foods Wheat Products (Bread, Cakes, Pizza, Pasta), Sugars in all forms, milk, corn, beans, refined oils, rice, fruits, fruit juices, junk food, raw banana, peas, peanut, tubular and root vegetables, potatoes, legumes and beans
Key Thoughts:
The whole idea is to get the body in a state of Ketosis and contain insulin dependency and spikes.
This is achieved by using minimal carbs in the diet and making the body depend of Carbs to synthesis and generate energy.  Once the body gets into Ketogenic state it relies on using up fats consumed and fats available in the body..
Combing Keto with  Intermittent Fasting and moderate activity will accelerate the weight loss substantially. Intermittent is maximizes autography, where the body actively destroys and replaces the old cells with new ones with greater efficiency. A keto with 16:8 intermittent fasting(16 hours of fasting and 8 hours eating window) is something I highly recommend.

For beginners Keto flu is very common as body adopts to the change in the habits. To counter this one can have bone broth or Mayo to ease into the Ketogenic diet. Keto flu should subside within 2 to 3 weeks.
